We are seeking an experienced and motivated Produce Sales Executive to join our growing fresh produce operation in the United States. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in fresh produce sales, strong industry relationships, and knowledge of the U.S. produce market.

Products:

• Mango
• Avocado
• Persian Lime

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, food service companies, and distributors.
• Increase sales volume and open new customer accounts in the U.S. market.
• Coordinate sales programs and product movement with operations and logistics teams.
• Monitor market conditions, pricing, and customer demand.
• Manage daily communication with customers regarding orders, quality, arrivals, and claims.
• Negotiate pricing and sales agreements.
• Support collections and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Represent the company professionally within the produce industry.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fresh produce sales.
• Experience selling mango, avocado, and/or Persian lime preferred.
• Established network within the U.S. produce industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of produce logistics, quality standards, and market dynamics.

Compensation:

Base salary + sales commission structure.
Performance-based growth opportunities.
