What You’ll Lead & Own
- Plan and execute all marketing and communications efforts
- Manage social media strategy, content, and scheduling
- Write and publish newsletters and email campaigns
- Create and manage event promotion campaigns
- Develop promotional materials (digital and print)
- Maintain and update website content
- Manage event app content and notifications
- Oversee branding and visual consistency
- Coordinate photo/video and creative vendors
- Produce event signage and promotional graphics
- Support sponsor recognition materials and decks
This role works closely with leadership and program directors and is the primary owner of marketing output across the organization.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
- Creative, organized, and deadline-driven
- Confident working independently
- Experience with social media, email platforms, and basic design tools
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred
