What You’ll Lead & Own

  • Plan and execute all marketing and communications efforts
  • Manage social media strategy, content, and scheduling
  • Write and publish newsletters and email campaigns
  • Create and manage event promotion campaigns
  • Develop promotional materials (digital and print)
  • Maintain and update website content
  • Manage event app content and notifications
  • Oversee branding and visual consistency
  • Coordinate photo/video and creative vendors
  • Produce event signage and promotional graphics
  • Support sponsor recognition materials and decks

This role works closely with leadership and program directors and is the primary owner of marketing output across the organization.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
  • Creative, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Confident working independently
  • Experience with social media, email platforms, and basic design tools
  • Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred

Both entry-level candidates with strong internships/portfolio work and experienced marketers are encouraged to apply.
